IN22-111 A brief analysis of the construction and design of Chinese camps under the epidemic situation in middle schools in Thailand----- A case studies of Prachin Kallayanee School

Abstract

In order to increase the interest of middle school students in Chinese learning and maintain Chinese language and culture teaching under the epidemic, the Chinese Department of Rangsit University was invited to hold a Chinese camp for Prachin Kallayanee School on February 11, 2022. There are 16 teachers and college students from the Chinese Department, and 168 middle school teachers and students participated in the Chinese Camp. This Chinese camp is based on cultural content, with the cultural theme as the main line, and the language content the dark line. It takes the form of 8 games. It is composed of four language skills, which include listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Cultural activities include Chinese calligraphy, chopsticks culture and many other important games. Finally, according to the data collected with the evaluation forms from participates in the camp, the lowest average satisfaction score is 4.54, the highest average score is 4.77, and the total average score is 4.67. The overall satisfaction is very high. It is the summary of the activity.
