Abstract
There are two objectives for this qualitative study: 1) reviewing the background of the Ban Nawanoi school stay; and 2) analyzing the potentialities of the tourism resources and activities in the school as well as in the community area where the school was located. Data collection for this qualitative study was done through: a) 3 purposive in-depth structured interviews of the focus groups of 5 authoritative sampling members; b) group interviews of 7 members from Ban Nawanoi community; and c) participatory observations and informal conversations in various contexts. Data were organized and classified into groups showing similarities, differences and the relation of one another using the guideline of Data Organizing Techniques as suggested by Schmuck (2006). Then, Data Triangulation as suggested by Patton (2001) was employed. The criteria employed were labeled as the four pillars--Safety, Sanitation, Meaning and Service or SSMS as fundamental criteria for the assessment of accommodation facilities in Loei suggested by Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (Public Organization) or DASTA and Thai Ecotourism and Adventure Travel Association or TEATA (2016).
The results of this study showed that Ban Nawanoi school stay in Dansai District, Loei Province had a good history and a good background to turn into a School Stay and it also had tourism potentialities and the availability at a very good level in terms of facilities, creative activities with the hosts and cultural attractions in terms of local accommodation with its identity, local food, safety, friendly atmosphere of teachers and students including parents or guardians of the students, natural resources and environment, culture, memorable experiences for tourists to talk about and to revisit the destination.

This research has clear methods of conducting the research. I would like to know which researchers use any methods without the bias of collecting data.
May I ask the presenter a question
The Presenter,
Thanks for your wonderful presentation. I have a short question. How the community gets the benefit from the homestay activity, What are the criteria to identify that community will get a better standard of living such as a good environment, better income, and so on. How can the researcher measure it?
Once again, Thanks for your interesting and useful presentation.
Regards,

The researcher used the guidelines by applying the GSTC for the structured interviews of the focus group and Snow Ball interviewees along with the TEATA and DASTA guidelines of SSMS.

Most importantly, the school can run in the community with better management from both the school or the Director and faculty on one hand, and the community members, on the other hand with the additional income from the school stay. Above all, the community had learned about "Green Living Way" by living withut chemical substances. The school had introduced greens gardening and non-chemical mushroom farming to the community and these greens and mushrooms brought income to the school. More produces were needed particularly from downtown areas and other communties, Presently, the school had been accepted and regarded as "Center for Learning" and "Educational Activities Destination" for other schools to follow by making many field trip studies to the school.
Additionally, the whole community had adopted the SSMS guidelines into their lives. And many houses wanted to turn their houses into homestay, following the guidelines of SSMS, and adjusting their way of living by interacting with more visitors, learning to greet in English from their children and froeign visitors--in the past, they tried to get away from foreigners and avoided using English. Many community members helped the school with gardeing and farming of mushrooms in stead of doing by their own because they really wanted to help the school and it was their pride when people talked about BAN NAWANOI School Acitivities.
Can I ask you a question? How is the capacity of the school stay at this site?
