This pandemic affected a lot of industry and one of which is the MICE industry. The need for caution and social distancing results to adaptability of settings and digitalization of events. Virtual events are a powerful tool to pull through with this crisis and prepare for future ones, this will allow more flexibility and sustainability in the MICE industry.This study aims to determinethe customers’ perspective onwhat they liked about in participating virtual events in terms of convenience, socializing, visuals and efficiency, and the problems they encountered. The Descriptive-Survey method wasused by the researchers to 215 sample size to assess the emergence of virtual events during Covid19 pandemic in Batangas Province. It was found out that majority of the event held was in the form of webinar via Zoom Meeting and Microsoft Teams. It was also revealed that online events are efficient and convenient on the customers’ perception however, poor internet connection and distraction and not conducive environment are the commonly encountered problem. It was concluded that those who participated 31 –40 have greater assessment on convenience and efficiency while those who participated 21 to 30 have better assessment on visualswhilethose who use got to meeting on convenience; Facebooklive on visuals and google meethave higher assessmenton efficiency.
