IN20-025 The Impacts on The East Asia’s International Order of The Evolution of Chinese Land-Sea Concept

Abstract
The evolution of Land-Sea Concept not only changes Chinese development patterns, but also determines the way of dealing with external relations. China is one of the most important power in East Asia. The change of both its development patterns and its external behavior deeply influenced international order. In other words, the evolution of the Land-Sea concept has huge and profound impacts on the East Asia’s international order. In conclusion, the ancient China focused on land and ignored sea. It seeked to maintain a self-centered and negative-peace international order. However, in modern times, China is willing to finish the construction of the Land-Sea composite country, meaning that China will take part in the East Asia’s regional affairs with a positive attitude and contribute to peace and stability of the international order.

Will the concept of a community of human destiny become the guide for the new international order in East Asia?
Well, as my point, the concept of a community of human destiny should be regard as a ideal model, it's a ultimate goal, not a behaivior guide. So the new international order in East Asia will performance for compitetion and cooporation coexist as the past, but all participants can get along well at least.

关于本文的创新点，我觉得其实也可以归接为文章的不足，即将国家的发展历程过于简化了，甚至固化为陆海观念的演变；但我认为，这种以小见大的研究方法反而有助于我们找到更多的问题或者研究方向，看似简单的观点其实也可以发散成许多方面，这就是本文的创新点，谢谢。

关于推动中国陆海观念演变的原因以及其中起决定性作用的因素，我个人认为是中国生产方式的变化。当中国的生产方式停留在自给自足的小农经济层面时，中国的陆海观念就会永远停留在重陆轻海上；当列强入侵瓦解了小农经济时，中国的陆海观念也就随之发生改变，谢谢。

As my point, I think Chinese land-sea concept is evolved by Chinese mode of production, when China was forced to give up the small-scale peasant economy, Chinese land-sea concept was evolved as well. Thank you.
